Business Development Officer
Job summary
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for facility management services including cleaning, maintenance, security and MEP.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and pursue leads among corporate clients, estates, schools and commercial properties.
- Prepare proposals, manage tenders and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Build relationships with facility managers and procurement teams.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored FM solutions.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management, cleaning or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing contracts.
- Strong negotiation, proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the FM market and client landscape is an advantage.
