Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, finance, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to promote the company’s services
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
