Job summary

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Business Development Officer with a proven track record of selling business solutions. This position requires the ability to feel comfortable communicating in a professional and effective manner with C-level executives, presidents, owners, and directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities that align with our company's goals and offerings.
  • Building Contacts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals in target markets.
  • Leverage your network to generate leads and referrals.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in collaboration with the sales and executive teams.
  • Ensure that contracts and agreements meet both parties' expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.


 

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in building Contacts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify client needs, present solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to identify market gaps and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented
