WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO)

📍 Location: Ughelli, Delta State (Hybrid Role)

RejiG is a fast-growing global cognitive fitness and social engagement platform connecting users through brain-training challenges, community interaction, and digital advertising opportunities.

We are looking for an energetic, smart, and highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to help grow our advertising and partnership network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify and onboard businesses and advertisers onto the RejiG platform

* Visit hotels, schools, restaurants, brands, event organizers, SMEs, and other businesses

* Promote RejiG advertising packages and partnership opportunities

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Meet monthly revenue and advertiser acquisition targets

* Assist businesses in setting up campaigns on RejiG

* Generate repeat advertisers and long-term partnerships

* Submit weekly activity and sales reports

REQUIREMENTS

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

* Social media and digital marketing knowledge is an advantage

* Must be confident approaching businesses and negotiating deals

* Prior marketing/sales experience is an added advantage

* Candidate should reside in or around Ughelli/Warri axis

COMPENSATION

* Monthly Salary: Competitive

* Plus attractive  commission on successful ad sales

WORK STRUCTURE

* Hybrid role (field marketing + office reporting)

* Candidate will occasionally work from the RejiG office in Ughelli
