Komecare, a fast-growing homecare and staffing solutions company, is seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and homecare sectors.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
•
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
•
Achieve monthly outreach, call, and conversion targets.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
Requirements
•
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
•
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare or service-based industries).
•
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•
Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
•
Excellent presentation, networking, and client-management abilities.
•
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
•
Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate.
