We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development executive to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across all business segments.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the corporate business and sales targets are achieved.
- Responsible for implementing the Business Development/Commercial Process Procedure
- Develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with the company's objectives.
- Proactive marketing and consolidation of existing clients.
- Reach out for all job adverts and prospects as may be relevant.
- Coordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensures the timely submission of bids.
- Obtain updated information for all the submitted pre-qualifications and tenders.
- Maintain a schedule of all jobs bid, pre-qualified prospects, etc.

- Participates in site inspection visits, pre-bid/tender clarification meetings, and submits reports to management
- Ensures that pre-qualification documents and bids are complete and comply with the submission requirements as defined in the Invitation for Tender (ITT).
- Responsible for the preparation, thorough packaging, and submission of tenders and pre-qualification (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Opening up a new market spectrum for the company
- Ensure client acquisition and retention at all times
- Update Management on a monthly basis on business prospects.
- Update management on the status of submitted tenders/bids within one month of submission
- Arrange business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients.
- Attend to other duties as may be assigned by management.
- To ensure that all activities are being carried out in accordance to the company’s HSE Policies and procedures.
