Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, promote Venus Medicare’s services, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years experience in business development or sales (HMO/insurance experience is an added advantage)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
