Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer will drive customer acquisition, partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion for the Pay for Power product. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, developing strategic partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and promoting Turbo Energy’s innovative energy solutions.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Pay for Power solution.

Generate and convert leads into active customers and business partnerships.

Develop and implement strategic sales and market penetration plans.

Build strong relationships with distribution companies (DisCos), estate developers, commercial clients, SMEs, and government agencies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer onboarding.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and business development reports.

Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and stakeholder engagements to promote the Pay for Power product.

Monitor market trends within the energy and clean infrastructure sectors.

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.

Support customer retention initiatives and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
