Business Development Officer
Job summary
Eudora & Aegle Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth across our training and migration services. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic partnerships, increasing enrollments, and expanding the company’s client base. This role is ideal for a persuasive, target-oriented professional who is passionate about helping individuals access international education, professional training, and migration opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for international education, professional training, and migration opportunities
- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Promote the company’s services (6th form college, study abroad, work visas, flight bookings, professional certification programs, relocation advisory, etc.)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, corporate organizations, training institutions, and referral agents
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions for prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Follow up consistently on inquiries to drive conversion
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report business development activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with every business unit head to execute promotional campaigns
- Represent the company at education fairs, career events, and networking engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or education/migration consultancy
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of international education systems or migration processes is an added advantage

Work Structure:
- This is a primarily field-based role focused on external outreach, client acquisition, and partnership development
- The officer will be required to attend scheduled in-office training sessions, strategy meetings, and performance reviews
- Regular field visits to schools, corporate organizations, and events are expected
- Flexible working schedule based on outreach activities and target achievement
- Performance-based incentives and commission structure apply
