Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales and rentals
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate partners
  • Promote and market company properties to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients
  • Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to drive campaigns and visibility
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and transactions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the Lagos real estate market
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Must be smart, presentable, and confident (very important for client-facing role)
