Business Development Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to help grow our customer base for our natural juice brand and kids party pack business. The ideal candidate will handle finding new customers, promoting our products, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales through both online and offline channels

Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Find and attract new customers for natural juices and kids' party packs.
- Approach offices, gyms, schools, event planners, parents, and small businesses.
- Promote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and word-of-mouth.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Help secure bulk and repeat orders.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Help with online marketing (posting, replying to DMs, WhatsApp broadcasts).
- Suggest promos, discounts, and sales ideas.
- Help create simple marketing messages and offers.
- Represent the brand professionally when dealing with customers.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries politely and promptly.
- Take orders and ensure accurate customer details.
- Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
Reporting:
- Keep basic records of leads, sales made, and customer feedback.
- Report weekly sales activities and progress to the business owner.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
