Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.

- Perform other business development duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or any related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively
