Business Development Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a successful Business Development Officer who will be responsible for driving organizational growth through strategic client acquisition, revenue generation, and successful contract negotiations. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with International Oil Companies (IOCs)
- Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes, including proposal preparation and submission
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies for tenders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and reports.
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management and as a sales lead within the oil and gas sector.
- Proven experience working with International Oil Companies (IOCs).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in bidding and tendering processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in maximizing business opportunities in the Upstream Sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets as a business development specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Sector.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 – 1,000,000 Monthly
