Business Development & Marketing Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development & Marketing Officer with strong sales drive and corporate engagement experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing corporate clients, writing proposals, closing property deals, and ensuring high occupancy rates across Stargem Properties’ developments. This role is target-driven and suited for candidates with proven experience in real estate sales, corporate client acquisition, proposal development, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of residential apartments and real estate projects to individuals, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into confirmed bookings, leases, or purchases.
- Ensure a minimum of 90% occupancy across Star Homes apartments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Corporate Client Acquisition & Proposal Development:
- Identify and develop corporate and institutional clients for bulk leasing, purchases, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers to organisations.
- Conduct corporate visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build long-term corporate relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Partnerships & Industry Liaison:
- Liaise with other real estate companies, developers, agents, and industry stakeholders to explore collaborations and joint ventures.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Plan and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns for Star Homes and ongoing construction projects.
- Represent the company on radio, digital platforms, and promotional events.
- Support brand visibility through strategic promotions and outreach.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) for lead generation.
- Run paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Apply SEO and content strategies to increase online inquiries.
- Respond promptly to leads and client inquiries across digital channels.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in real estate sales, business development, or property marketing.
- Strong track record in corporate sales, proposal writing, and deal closure.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Location: Port Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 (Performance-based incentives applicable)
