The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing adoption of event access management and digital ticketing solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and social event markets, including conferences, weddings, concerts, and corporate gatherings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring solutions are tailored to their event objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
- Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and lead contract negotiations, ensuring smooth handover to the operations team after deal closure.
- Represent the client at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings, promoting the organization as a trusted provider of event access solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or event technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with the event management industry.
- Existing network in the corporate Lagos market.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Conversion rate of leads to confirmed clients.
- Adoption and usage growth of digital ticketing solutions.
