Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located on Lagos Mainland for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic planning. Key responsibilities include market research, developing marketing strategies, managing client accounts, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with new and existing clients. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the design and project teams to align business goals with client needs.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Sales in an interior design firm.
  • Market analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the interior design or real estate industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency with CRM software and office applications such as Microsoft Office
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
