Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes market research, developing and executing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ibadan, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and market research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or corporate partnerships
  • Analytical and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Experience with health-tech or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software is preferred
