- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations

- Track performance and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales (with leadership experience)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process
- Ability to use CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism
