Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting both B2B (clinics, spas, pharmacies, retailers) and B2C clients.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local and international skincare and wellness brands.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for exclusive international skincare and professional treatment lines across Nigeria.
  • Oversee the B2B client acquisition and wholesale development pipeline for skincare distribution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop effective brand activation strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Develop robust business cases, pricing models, sales targets, and accurate forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and meetings with key stakeholders to promote brand visibility and foster partnerships.
  • Monitor and report performance against agreed sales and business development targets.
  • Drive new market expansion initiatives, identifying untapped opportunities and developing strategies for penetration.
  • Establish scalable partnerships that accelerate growth across the company’s retail, distribution, and aesthetics arms.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within FMCG, beauty, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors.
  • A strong network in retail, aesthetic medicine, beauty, or health-related industries is a plus.
