We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding into new markets. The role supports growth across the organization’s retail, distribution, and aesthetics divisions while strengthening key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting both B2B (clinics, spas, pharmacies, retailers) and B2C clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local and international skincare and wellness brands.
- Create and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for exclusive international skincare and professional treatment lines across Nigeria.
- Oversee the B2B client acquisition and wholesale development pipeline for skincare distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop effective brand activation strategies for both new and existing products.
- Develop robust business cases, pricing models, sales targets, and accurate forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and meetings with key stakeholders to promote brand visibility and foster partnerships.
- Monitor and report performance against agreed sales and business development targets.
- Drive new market expansion initiatives, identifying untapped opportunities and developing strategies for penetration.
- Establish scalable partnerships that accelerate growth across the company’s retail, distribution, and aesthetics arms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within FMCG, beauty, pharmaceutical, or wellness sectors.
- A strong network in retail, aesthetic medicine, beauty, or health-related industries is a plus.
