Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and pursuing new real estate sales opportunities and also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and leads
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with teams to deliver projects and meet targets
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential deals
- Bachelor's degree/MSc in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of real estate sales and client relationship management as well
