Job summary
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our student recruitment and travel agency company. You'll identify new business opportunities, build partnerships with educational institutions and travel industry stakeholders, and develop strategies to increase student enrollments and travel bookings.

- Meet and exceed business targets and KPIs for both student recruitment and travel services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, tourism, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in education, travel, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools.
