Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies across ticketing, visa services, tour packages, pilgrimage travel, and corporate travel solutions.
- Identify and close high-value corporate and institutional accounts.
- Drive consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead market penetration initiatives across Ibadan and neighboring regions.
- Build strong alliances with corporate organizations, schools, religious institutions, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and global travel partners.
- Identify new revenue streams and untapped market opportunities.
- Provide direction and accountability for the sales function.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
- Mentor and motivate team members to exceed performance expectations.
- Represent FlowInsight at industry events, networking forums, and business engagements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and business pitches to executive-level decision-makers.
- Strengthen the company’s reputation as a trusted travel solutions provider.
Requirements:
