Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Port Harcourt. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align on business growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing innovative solutions to advance organizational goals.

• Strong Strategic Thinking, Market Research, and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Networking, and Communication
• Experience in Proposal Development and Presentation
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a business development or sales role is an advantage
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Port Harcourt is a plus
• 3–5 years proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
• Email Marketing, CRM Tools, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Content Strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of sales funnels & automation
• Ability to develop marketing plans and business strategies
• Must be living Close to Woji Road in Port Harcourt.
