Job summary
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in affiliate, principal agent, or retail development within the sports betting or lottery sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to recruit and support affiliate partners and principal agents .
- Monitor affiliate activities, analyze key performance indicators, and optimize account performance
- Prepare detailed reports on affiliate performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends for senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years as a Business Development Manager or Affiliate Executive in sports betting or lotto, with a total of 6–7 years in affiliate or distributor management.
- Strong understanding of sports betting/lotto, player acquisition models, and affiliate payment structures (PA, revenue share, and hybrid).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
