Job summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-value client acquisition initiatives for Sylvastar Residence. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, oversee sales strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of property sales.

Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential investment areas.
- Drive expansion into new territories and customer segments.
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and corporate collaborations.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly property sales targets.
- Develop innovative sales strategies, including land promotions, corporate deals, and bulk purchases.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal closure.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
- Represent Sylvastar Residence at networking events, property exhibitions, and business forums.
- Ensure strong client retention and repeat business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and strategic clients.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide insights on pricing strategies and property positioning.
- Recommend product improvements based on market feedback.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing Team, and Operations.
- Mentor and guide sales executives on deal structuring and negotiation.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Track sales performance metrics and conversion rates.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management based on performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
