Job summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue streams to ensure profitability in our organization.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Identifying target markets and evaluating their viability for business expansion.
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.


Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to generate leads, increase sales, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments as necessary.


Relationship Building and Management:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Connecting with industry professionals and attending relevant events to establish connections.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, taking ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conducting thorough research to understand clients' needs and proposing tailored solutions


Requirements:

  • B.sc Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques and sales strategies to cultivate strong client relationships and secure deals.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout sales. Empathetic and responsive, addressing client concerns promptly.
