- Develop and execute comprehensive business development, sales, and market expansion strategies in line with the company’s vision and growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to design and refine sales strategies, optimize team performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and high-value business relationships to support long-term growth.
- Provide periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, KPIs, and market insights to senior management.
- Lead and support the management of leads, ensuring effective conversion and team accountability throughout the sales funnel.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of the sales team, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct strategic and feasibility research as directed by senior management to support innovation, product development, and new business lines.
- Coordinate field marketing activities and represent the organization at business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to the business development and sales teams.
