Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with Brit Academy
  • goals.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners.


Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, negotiating and closing deals as necessary.


Networking and Partnerships:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company services.


Proposal Development:

  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive business
  • strategies.
  • Provide input into product development based on market feedback.


Market Visibility:

  • Enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the real estate market.
  • Implement effective marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
