We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand client relationships, and identify new investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business development within the real estate industry
- Proven experience in Property Technology (PropTech) and Property Investment
- Strong network of investors, developers, and industry stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities
