Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and investors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Promote the company's real estate products and investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase market share and brand visibility
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Monitor trends and opportunities within the real estate and PropTech sectors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business development within the real estate industry
  • Proven experience in Property Technology (PropTech) and Property Investment
  • Strong network of investors, developers, and industry stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities
