Job summary
The Business Development Manager will lead revenue growth initiatives, secure high-value partnerships, and expand CSI’s client portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with a deep understanding of the event and experiential industry, vendor management, and strategic relationship building.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event and experiential marketing space.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with CSI’s growth objectives.
- Drive corporate sales, sponsorship opportunities, and experiential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brand managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Grow and manage a robust client pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Represent CSI at networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
- Develop qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to client event needs.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate agreements with venues and event vendors.
- Maintain a reliable vendor database to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
- Foster strong vendor relationships to support flawless event execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Recommend innovative service offerings to maintain CSI’s competitive advantage.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or event coordination.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle brands, tech, or experiential marketing is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage complex negotiations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present premium experiences to corporate decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and Microsoft Office Suite.
