Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and industry partners
• Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, bids, and commercial presentations
• Develop strategies to win contracts and increase market share
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
• Negotiate business deals, partnerships, and service agreements
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and networking events
• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3 - 10 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the oil and gas sector
  
• Strong knowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations
• Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
• Ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Professional certifications or industry affiliations are an advantage
