Job summary

We are seeking a driven, revenue-focused Business Development Manager to accelerate enterprise sales and unlock new growth opportunities. You will serve as our Growth Architect, responsible for positioning Kairos Kreations in front of leading brands and agencies, building strategic partnerships, and driving meaningful revenue expansion.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Systematically identify, map, and target Brand Managers, Marketing Directors, and Procurement Heads at Tier-1 and Tier-2 corporate companies.
  • Craft and manage highly targeted cold email sequences and outbound prospecting strategies that capture the attention of busy corporate executives.
  • Lead the development of bespoke, value-driven partnership proposals and confidently present creative production solutions to prospective clients.
  • Deeply understand client branding/printing needs to recommend tailored solutions that increase average order value and maximize upsell opportunities.
  • Manage an end-to-end B2B sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to ensure accounts are tracked diligently to hit aggressive revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate, professional price quotations, negotiate complex commercial terms within approved financial thresholds, and ensure swift conversion cycles.
  • Partner closely with internal production, operations, and design teams to ensure enterprise customer specifications are met seamlessly and delivered on time


Requirements:

  • 3 years of proven experience in a similar Business Development or B2B Corporate Sales. Experience within the printing, corporate branding, or creative agency industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven, verifiable capability to manage corporate accounts and meet a ₦25,000,000 monthly sales target.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with executive cold outreach, corporate pitching, closing deals, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Outstanding communication, sharp negotiation skills, and high emotional intelligence. An exceptional eye for detail, financial accuracy, and professional presentation.
  • A self-starter who can work independently, prioritize multiple high-value corporate accounts simultaneously, and collaborate across creative and production departments.
