Job summary
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding BRAND PADDI’s portfolio of strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting.

Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity identification to drive sustainable growth.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Competence in using CRM tools, productivity software, and data insights to manage pipelines and report performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating with teams both onsite in Lagos and remotely.
- Experience in marketing strategy, brand development, or operations optimisation is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
