Job summary
TenTrade is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and identify new market opportunities. The successful candidate will build strategic client relationships and promote our financial products and services to support the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Generate, manage, and convert leads into active clients through effective sales and relationship management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Promote TenTrade's financial products and services to individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, support, and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
- Represent TenTrade at industry events, networking engagements, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the brokerage industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
