Real Estate Marketer
Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role is ideal for a former banker with strong marketing and relationship management experience who can leverage an existing client base to drive property sales and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans for residential, commercial, and short-let properties
- Leverage existing banking-sector relationships to generate and convert real estate opportunities
- Identify, engage, and manage new clients, investors, landlords, and corporate organizations
- Promote property listings through site inspections, client presentations, digital marketing, and direct engagement
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close property transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports
- Stay updated on Lagos real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development
- Former banker (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking background preferred)
- Existing client base that can be converted into real estate opportunities
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with strong driving ability (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
