Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B)
- Manage sales pipeline and convert leads into sales
- Build strategic partnerships and distribution networks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proven sales or business development experience (solar/energy sector preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Passion for clean energy and sustainability
- Willingness to travel for business meetings
