Business Development Manager
Job summary
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across property sales, construction services, architectural design, and facility management. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role — you will be expected to open new doors, build relationships with high-value clients, and close deals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across all company service lines.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth clients.
- Leverage your existing network to generate leads and deals — particularly in real estate, construction, and related sectors.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for new opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and new revenue streams.
- Report weekly on pipeline progress and new business activity.
- Minimum 4 years of business development or commercial experience in a revenue-generating role.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Added advantage, an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrable track record of originating and closing new business — not just managing existing accounts.
- Strong existing network in Lagos business circles — you know people, and people know you.
- Experience in real estate, construction, facility management, banking, FMCG, telecoms, or professional services.
- Self-starter — commercially sharp, resilient, and driven purely by results.
