Business Development Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who understands both logistics sales and software-enabled solutions. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, with direct responsibility for acquiring customers, closing deals, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring structured execution through CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
- Sell Exprezzgo’s logistics and technology-enabled shipping solutions
- Acquire and manage SME, exporter, and repeat business clients
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage leads, deals, and pipeline using CRM tools
- Lead and supervise a small in-office team (4–7 people)
- Report sales performance to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Experience selling logistics, services, or software solutions
- Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Leadership experience is a strong advantage
- Must be Lagos-based and available on-site
