Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
  • Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Business Administration, and Economics, or any related field.
  • An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years progressive work experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in any of the following areas: Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Real Estate Services, Facilities Management, Construction/Project Business, Infrastructure Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Preferred Industry Background.
