Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, property development, facility management, and property sales.
- Drive revenue generation and business expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project execution.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Estate Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Business Administration, and Economics, or any related field.
- An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–12 years progressive work experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience in any of the following areas: Business Development, Commercial Leadership, Real Estate Services, Facilities Management, Construction/Project Business, Infrastructure Services.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
