You will be responsible for promoting the company’s fleet and manpower outsourcing solutions, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce the company’s fleet.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop business development strategies and plans to meet organisational goals.
- Execute strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the industry.
- Analyse market data to tailor service offerings and stay ahead of market demands.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the benefits of the company’s services.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, addressing their needs and aligning the company’s offerings.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in business development, preferably in the fleet management, Transportation, and/or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
- Previous experience in managing a team is essential.
- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
- Must possess a good knowledge and awareness of the market.
- Knowledge of business development and identification of opportunities that align with the aspiration/vision of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good selling and marketing skills
- Confident with good negotiation skills
