Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to achieve business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Client Negotiation, and Sales Management
- Strong Market Research and Data Analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
- Project Management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
- Highly driven, results-oriented with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the local market in Lagos and understanding of industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role is a plus
