Wildreams is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across industries. This is a senior leadership role for a professional who excels at building relationships, identifying high-impact opportunities, and driving revenue in the dynamic advertising and creative services sector.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead the agency’s business growth strategy, setting and delivering ambitious revenue targets
- Identify, evaluate, and convert high-value opportunities across multiple sectors, using market insights and a strategic network.
- Own end-to-end client acquisition processes from opportunity framing, solution design, and proposal development to pitch delivery and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning Wildreams as the partner of choice for leading brands.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to craft commercially compelling, insight-driven solutions that scale.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years’ progressive experience in business development or sales, with senior-level experience in an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of winning new business, growing accounts, and managing complex negotiations.
- Well-connected with senior marketing and brand decision-makers across industries.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and executive presence.
- Data-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
