Job summary
We are looking to hire a Business Development Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, media agencies, film/TV producers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Lead pitches, presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
- Drive quarterly and annual sales growth targets, ensuring repeat business from existing clients.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and propose new products, services, and seasonal packages to expand LSI’s offerings.
- Build partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and industry stakeholders for monetization opportunities.
- Support expansion into studio rentals, training academies, and regional partnerships. 3. Marketing & Brand Support
- Develop sales materials, case studies, and sector-specific pitch decks.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize LSI’s digital presence (website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Drive campaigns that highlight LSI’s capabilities, seasonal offers, and success stories.
- Coordinate and represent LSI at offline activations, panels, and industry networking events.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM databases.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline health.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as a professional brand ambassador of LSI in all external engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or Marketing Agency (preferably in media, entertainment, or events).
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools. Key Competencies
