Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and build meaningful partnerships.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You will help shape opportunities, connect creative work to the right clients, and position the studio for long-term growth. You should be comfortable navigating both boardrooms and creative conversations, translating ideas into opportunities and opportunities into revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Prepare compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and marketing) to align on client briefs and deliverables
  • Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and negotiations
  • Track sales pipeline activity and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in media, production, advertising, or other creative industries is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and sell creative concepts—not just services
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or creative projects is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
  • NYSC completion preferred (where applicable)


Work Structure

  • Full-Time, On-site.


Compensation

Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to revenue targets.
