Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across EPC, construction, power, oil and gas, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build and manage strong relationships with project owners, procurement managers, consultants, engineers, contractors and senior executives.
- Identify RFQs, RFPs, EOIs and tender opportunities relevant to the company’s EPC services.
- Work with technical, engineering, procurement and finance teams to support proposal development and bid submissions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, proposals and revenue forecasts.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, commercial discussions and follow-up meetings.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, upcoming projects and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, scope and contract conditions in line with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, conferences and networking engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
