Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote company properties and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a professional and customer-focused sales process.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and viewings for potential buyers, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company, ensuring alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.
- Provide advisory support to clients on property suitability, pricing, market trends, and investment value.
- Coordinate sales transactions from initial inquiry through closing, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to finalize sales terms and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor offerings, and legal or regulatory requirements affecting property sales.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence to management.
- Uphold the company’s brand image and professional standards in all client interactions
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Degree in a related field
Remuneration: NGN 70,000, With 8% commission on all lands/properties sold by you
Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, 8:40 AM to 5:00 PM and weekends if required.
