Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Market Entry and Positioning Strategy:
- Define and refine our go-to-market strategy for Nigeria, with particular attention to Lagos as the primary launch city.
- Advise on brand positioning relative to the broader mental health and telehealth landscape in Nigeria.
- Identify the most effective channels to reach our target audience — both digital and through institutional partnerships.
Revenue Growth and Monetisation:
- Review and stress-test our two-tiered revenue model (one-time diagnostic fee + monthly care subscription).
- Advise on pricing strategy in the Nigerian context, balancing premium positioning with accessibility.
- Identify additional revenue streams, partnership models, or grant opportunities that align with our mission
Brand Awareness and Community Building:
- Develop a strategy for building public awareness and trust around the Unmask ADHD brand, particularly in a market where ADHD stigma is high.
- Advise on social media strategy, content marketing, and digital advertising in the Nigerian context.
- Identify key opinion leaders, mental health advocates, and media partners who can amplify the brand.
Partnerships & Institutional Engagement:
- Map and prioritise potential partnerships with corporate HR departments, employee wellness programs, and educational institutions.
- Advise on how to engage the medical and mental health community in Nigeria to build clinical credibility and referral pathways.
- Explore opportunities for collaboration with NGOs, foundations, and government agencies working in the mental health space.
- Operational Scaling & Growth Planning
- Support the development of a clear 12-month and 3-year growth plan.
- Advise on team structure, hiring priorities, and the operational infrastructure needed to scale.
- Help us define and track the right KPIs and metrics to measure platform growth and clinical impact
Requirements:
- A minimum of BSc in any related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
