Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Abuja. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding the company's portfolio. Key tasks include market analysis, developing strategic partnerships, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and negotiating and closing deals. The role requires proactivity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive company growth in a competitive real estate market.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of the Abuja real estate market is a plus
