- Tailor the company's Africa’s services to the unique demands of stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with their upscale residential, commercial, and hospitality ventures.
- Sustain and expand a network of influential contacts, prospective customers, and strategic partners.
Market Penetration and Capture:
- Formulate and implement an aggressive business development plan to bolster market presence and enhance revenue streams.
- Aggressively pursue and secure a commanding presence in the high-value project sector, targeting a capture rate of 80% within the upper-echelon market.
Brand Positioning and Thought Leadership:
- Craft cutting-edge strategies to cement the company's Africa’s status as a frontrunner in the industry, fostering continuous expansion and brand supremacy.
- Lead initiatives to bolster the company's Africa’s reputation, positioning the company as a vanguard of industry innovation.
- Craft brand messaging that conveys the premium nature of our Experience
- Demos and the comprehensive nature of our services.
Digital Marketing and Public Relations:
- Navigate the company's Africa’s digital marketing across all pertinent platforms to optimize online visibility and lead acquisition.
- Guide the production of compelling marketing content, campaigns, and sales narratives that succinctly convey the company's Africa’s competitive edge.
- Execute impactful public relations strategies to reinforce the company's Africa’s stature as the premier entity in AudioVisual and automation design consulting.
- Employ analytics to refine digital marketing endeavors, guaranteeing elevated engagement and conversion rates.
- Direct marketing strategies that promote the unique offerings of the Experience Centre, alongside our retail solutions.
Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Direct and inspire the Sales and Marketing teams, setting challenging goals and propelling the teams to exceed them.
- Attain sales objectives by securing contracts for our dealers worth a minimum of $25,000 in the residential, commercial, and hospitality domains across Nigeria.
- Propel sales methodologies and campaigns to ensure steady revenue augmentation and enhanced market penetration.
- Drive sales revenue generation through our Experience centre rentals, our AV retail channels and our AV design consulting services.
- Represent the company's Africa at pivotal industry gatherings, symposiums, and networking occasions to fortify business ties and scout for new leads.
- Compile comprehensive reports documenting business development pursuits, encompassing ROI evaluations, market entry, and sales trajectories.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Strengthen relationships with System Integrators, supporting them in leveraging the Experience Centre to its full potential.
- Engage with clients during their Experience Centre visits to foster relationships and drive business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Lead the Retail, Sales, and Marketing teams with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and alignment with our vision.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring a pipeline of talent capable of upholding and advancing our market leadership.
- Encourages continuous professional growth through engagement in industry-specific workshops, certifications, and seminars to stay at the forefront of marketing and sales innovations.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an allied discipline is highly regarded.
- A minimum of 5 years in a high-ranking marketing or business development role with a demonstrated history of accomplishments.
- Exemplary leadership prowess with a background in steering multidisciplinary groups towards strategic aims.
- Proficient in negotiation with a track record of efficiently concluding deals and overseeing intricate agreements.
- Demonstrated success in managing experience centres, retail operations, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative approach to business strategy.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team development, stakeholder management, and strategic partnership building.
- Superior communication abilities to articulate vision, inspire teams, and engage with high-profile clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets and managing multiple revenue streams effectively.
- Base Pay: NGN 750,000 - 1.5million
- Performance Pay: TBC
- Annual performance bonuses tied to the achievement of sales revenue targets.
- Eligibility for profit-sharing based on the overall profitability of the company, with specific targets tied to commercial operations.
