Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Business Development Strategies:
- Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing markets and explore potential expansion into new markets.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities.
Building and Nurturing Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their investment objectives and requirements.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to showcase our investment solutions and value proposition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored investment advice and solutions to meet their specific needs.
Leading Sales and Marketing Initiatives:
- Lead the sales team in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Managing Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, advisors, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits and achieve strategic objectives.
- Leverage partnerships to expand market reach, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Providing Leadership and Guidance:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Set clear performance objectives and metrics for the team and monitor progress towards goals.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
